I’ve decided that until my trip comes and goes, I’m going to spend most of my time on the treadmill. I may do a little weight training, but will probably wait until after I get back to start that.
My goal is to be able to do a half hour workout at the max incline, 15%, at 3 – 3.5 miles per hour. I’m not there yet. Today I only burned 232 calories. It’s not really that much, but it’s more than I burned last Tuesday.
